Start and end class with core and have obliques and legs in this routine
Each routine can have a different focus. Be sure to tell your clients what the focus is.
“Today has glutes and rotation!” // “Today is shoulder, triceps, and abs”
Everything needs to be blocked except for core.
Legs should probably be around 10-14 minutes per side for this class
**The only things that do not have to be blocked together are core. Feel free to sprinkle those throughout. Make sure to begin and end with the center core. No more than 3 minutes in plank before adding a wrist recovery move. Plan spring changes with intention and truly think about how fluid the class might transition from move to move. Remember these are our beginners, people returning to fitness from a hiatus/injury, or those working to build back a foundation for the workout.
