    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I’ve been coaching fitness for over 12 years and 9 of those have been teaching Modern Pilates for some of the top studios on the West & East Coast. With multiple degrees in education, I have a passion for teaching others how to be and feel their best, through movement, music, and exercise. I love learning. I take joy in finding new ways to motivate and help others grow through continuing to learn myself.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have practiced yoga for most of my adult life. I also taught for over 2 years at the Bloomfield Hills SLT location. I’m so addicted to Modern Pilates! It’s such a challenging workout. It never gets boring and you see results in your body so quick. The workout is awesome!

    FUN FACT: If you ever can't find me, it's because my boyfriend and I probably took our dog Herbie on a trip through one of our National Parks in our camper, Vando Calrissian. We want to visit them all one day.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I was always fairly active, but fitness didn't become a big part of my life until I endured a health challenge in 2015. After months of feeling crummy I reignited my passion for movement, moved to Michigan in early 2020, and am now so fortunate to have built a life I love helping people achieve their potential. I’ve taught rowing & Modern Pilates for 3 years. I love Core (LP) because it doesn't just challenge our bodies -- slow, controlled movements require as much mental stamina as physical!

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I fell in love with group fitness after getting married and moving back to Michigan from Chicago. I love the social aspect pre and post class, and I find myself working extra hard when I can see how hard everyone else is working! I’ve taught Barre for 5 years and now Core (LP)! I really enjoy finding new ways to move my body, and with Core (LP) I was hooked! It’s increased my strength and flexibility postpartum while still having fun and classes FLY by!

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I've always been around fitness. Sports in high school, some in college, always open to new ways to move my body and get a workout. Rowing, boxing, running, strength training, you name it! I tried Core (LP) for the first time & it targeted my body (and core) like I've never felt before. Safe to say I'm hooked now!

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I’ve been an athlete my whole life! Growing up, I played almost every sport imaginable. I ran 5 years of cross country and track for Northwood University (Go T-Wolves!), am a high school girls basketball state champion, and have ran two full marathons and six half marathons.

    FUN FACT: I'm a total foodie! I love trying new restaurants and different types of foods. 

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have a strong love for all things wellness and fitness. I started my fitness journey in early high school getting my first gym membership at 15. I’ve always loved challenging myself and trying new things from spin classes, to personal trainers, yoga and Lagree to push myself outside of my comfort zone. I've been a student of Core (LP) for 3 years and have fallen in love with the mental and physical challenge of this workout. It inspires me to support others in achieving their fitness and personal goals. Core (LP) has been by far one of the most humbling workouts I've ever done and I fell in love with the way it has increased my mental toughness and changed my body.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I’ve always been curious about fitness, I started my fitness journey taking HIIT classes & Barre for 2 years then decided to branch out and try something new. I found Core (LP) in March of 2023, I loved it so much that I decided to become an instructor :)

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: Group fitness has been my passion since high school—I thrive on the energy and motivation of moving together. After finding my Pilates home at Core (LP) in 2023, I fell in love with the method and was inspired to become an instructor.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have been active my whole life. I played a variety of sports growing up and swam competitively for 13 years. I was a swim coach for two years and started an adult swim lesson program in college. I discovered Modern Pilates when I was living in the Bay Area and fell in love. I love a workout that gives me a physical and mental challenge and with Core (LP) two years later I find I’m still challenged every class. I also recently got back into running and have been signing up for half marathons.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: With a deep passion for health, wellness, and movement, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others feel their best—both inside and out. As a registered nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how vital proactive care and healthy habits are to long-term well-being. My work in healthcare has fueled my commitment to empowering others through education, compassion, and preventative care.

    Alongside nursing, I’m so excited to have the opportunity to be a Modern Pilates instructor, blending science and movement to help people build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. I believe that fitness isn’t just about how we look—it’s about how we live, heal, and thrive. Whether I’m working in a clinical setting or leading a Core (LP) class, my goal is always the same: to support others in becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: Growing up, I was heavily involved with sports - basketball being my favorite. Becoming a nurse shifted my focus to proper body mechanics, holistic health, and injury prevention. That’s when I found Core (LP). I have fallen in love with the challenge, intensity, and full body conditioning it brings while being accessible to all fitness levels to support longevity in strength and mobility for all.

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I grew up as a competitive rhythmic gymnast and even coached for a few years afterward. In 2022, I fell in love with Pilates and knew I wanted to teach!

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have always loved group fitness classes. A few years ago I started taking pilates and became obsessed and then found Core(LP) and the obsession grew. I love the community behind it and even more I love the challenge the workout gives me which has really helped me become more confident in my body and boost my mental health. One of my goals in life is tO make others happy which is why I’m so excited to be able to coach others in doing the same! Everyone deserves to love themselves and their body and I believe these classes and the community will support that!

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: Growing up, I was always active — I played tennis, cheered, and trained in gymnastics. But as I got older, I lost that connection to fitness. I tried all kinds of workouts, but I’d get bored and lose motivation.  

    Then I tried Core (LP), and it was the first time in years I genuinely enjoyed a workout. I saw results quickly, but more importantly, I finally looked forward to moving my body. Core (LP) brought back my love for fitness, and I loved it so much I became an instructor!

    FUN FACT: I’m named after my great grandmother 

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: I became active during my senior year of high school while preparing for prom, but it wasn’t until my sophomore year of college that I truly connected with fitness. I started going to the gym seven days a week and even trained a few people during that time. Over the years, I remained consistent with my workouts, but I found myself searching for something fresh and exciting. That’s when I discovered Core (LP). It reignited my passion for fitness and helped me reconnect with my body. This experience inspired me to become an instructor so I can help guide others on their own fitness journeys.

    FUN FACT: I am a prenatal and pediatric chiropractor! 

    FITNESS BACKGROUND: With a background in chiropractic care and functional medicine, I truly value whole-body wellness for myself and my clients. I enjoy combining pilates, strength training, and active recovery for a well-rounded approach to fitness. Core (LP) has by far been my favorite type of group fitness that I’ve tried. It’s such a physical AND mental challenge.
