WHO WE ARE
THE C(LP) STANDARD
A Core (LP) instructor believes in what we do — not just the workout, but the mission behind it. They know that strength, community, energy, and consistency build more than bodies; they build culture.
They:
Stay connected to the experience they teach: Take classes at least once per week themselves because they believe in the workout and understand it from a client perspective.
Support growth in others: Help clients hit milestones and teammates find their coaching style.
Continuously improve: Refine cues, improve form, try new things, seek feedback, and stay curious.
Communicate proactively: Bring solutions, communicate directly and respectfully, and problem-solve with facts vs feelings for the good of the studio.
Build community creatively: Engage clients before and after class, welcome new faces, show up at events, contribute to collaborations, and strengthen the studio culture.
Bring energy and professionalism: Deliver consistent energy, heart, and professionalism in every class, even when it’s early, lightly attended, or challenging.
Embody consistency: Prep, show up on time, and hold themselves to the same standards they expect from clients and teammates.
Represent Core (LP): Show up fully — in class, with clients, with teammates, and publicly — demonstrating professionalism, energy, and commitment in everything that reflects the studio, including social media, events, and daily actions.
