ROUTINES & CLASS STRUCTURES
Our signature class, THE DROP is a 50-minute, full-body workout designed to build lean muscle, endurance, and mobility. Tone your core, obliques, arms and cheeks with the music that got you through your best adventures. With intentionally small class sizes, you can expect the attention of a personal training workout in a small group setting. Core-focused, high intensity, low impact—movement the Long Play way.
THE DROP FORMAT
Each day the routine will focus on 2-3 muscle groups
Muscle groups are rotated daily, weekly, and monthly to maximize progressive overload
This will be all levels. Be prepared to offer:

Please note that if you have clients that need to modify please adjust the routine to accommodate your clients! I.E. if you have a class full of newbies and the routine calls for Twister at the Back…maybe you teach them Twister! Use your discretion and expertise!Minimize quick variations. Add variations but make sure they are long enough for clients to connect
