We get it, yesterday’s Headliner was leg day, and your lower body is feeling a bit hungover. THE TREBLE cranks up the intensity with a focus on your upper body, sculpting your arms, abs, and obliques with precision and control. This 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact class is all about dialing in the top half of your body—more arms, more core, more strength.
THE TREBLE FORMAT
Start and end class with core and have obliques and arms in this routine
Each routine can have a different focus. Be sure to tell your clients what the focus is.
“Today has shoulders and rotation!” // “Today is shoulder, triceps, and abs”
Everything needs to be blocked except for core.
Arms will probably have two different sections of about 6-12 minutes each (similar to how we block legs)
Be VERY mindful of planks and upper body in this class as they will wear out FAST
**The only things that do not have to be blocked together are core moves. Feel free to sprinkle those throughout. Make sure to begin and end with the center core. No more than 3 minutes in plank before adding a wrist recovery move. Plan spring changes with intention and truly think about how fluid the class might transition from move to move. Remember these are our beginners, people returning to fitness from a hiatus/injury, or those working to build back a foundation for the workout.
