WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

You’ll complete 30 Core (LP) classes (prior classes count) and guided modules focused on how to effectively use the equipment to teach clients how to
modify
advance
adjust
progress
to maximize their workout!

Through 8-12 weeks of structured learning, hands on mentorship, and quizzes you’ll master
exercises
variations
modifications
progressions
specialty movements (including pregnancy)
so you are ready and confident teaching any group or 1:1 session.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of
hands-on corrections (required)
cueing
pacing
anatomy
building connection
Through observation hours and mentor sessions!

In-person practice and mock test-outs build confidence on the mic. You’ll learn musicality, room presence, energy and pacing!

You’ll learn how to build loyalty, community, and personalized guidance so each client feels connected to you and your class.

JUDY “PAGE” PAGRYZINSKI
Judy has been coaching fitness for over 14 years and 11 of those have been teaching Pilates-Inspired Strength Training for some of the top studios on the West & East Coast before opening Core (LP). With a Masters Degree in education, an NASM CPT cert, Lagree Level 1 & 2 certification, she has a passion for teaching others how to be and feel their best, through movement, music, and coaching. She has coached and mentored dozens of trainers over her 14 year career and truly loves when the light “clicks” for trainees.

CEO ARSHAREL TYLER
Arsharel brings over 8 years of Pilates-Inspired Strength Training coaching to the Core (LP) clients and training program. She is Lagree Level 1 certified and has taught and developed dozens of coaches as well as mentored new instructors over her coaching career. Her undeniable energy and passion for progress, are proof in her sold out classes. She has practiced yoga for most of her adult life and previously taught for over 2 years at the Bloomfield Hills SLT location.

HEAD OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENTLAUREN GYURICSKA
Lauren brings over 2 years as a Pilates-Inspired Strength Training coach, 5 years as a practitioner, and a lifetime of experience and knowledge to Core (LP). Starting her fitness journey in early high school, she got her first gym membership at 15. Her love for challenging herself led her to try different modalities from spin classes and PT to yoga and Lagree - anything to push her outside of her comfort zone. Lauren has been a mentor to new Coaches and loves helping others find their “spark”
