Our group fitness classes deliver a high-intensity total body workout with a built-in curated playlist, irresistible momentum, and a hands-on coach who's never more than a few feet away to support you when you need it.

With 8-12 reformer machines in the room (depending on location), you and your fellow classmates will benefit from each other’s energy without feeling like you’re getting lost in a crowd, or at risk of being bumped by your neighbor. No swapping sweat here.

What to expect:

  • Our signature class, THE DROP is a 50-minute, full-body workout designed to build lean muscle, endurance, and mobility. Tone your core, obliques, arms and cheeks with the music that got you through your best adventures. It's the group fitness workout that keeps you coming back.

  • Like the bass in a track, this class lays down the strong foundation that supports everything else. A lower-body reformer workout that hits deep with controlled intensity, building power and definition where it counts to sculpt and strengthen.

  • We get it, yesterday's Headliner was leg day and your lower body is feeling a bit hungover. Crank up the intensity and focus on strengthening your upper body with precision and control. The work that shows up in your posture, your lifts, and the way you carry yourself outside the studio.

  • Whether you're new or refining your technique, this 50-minute, full-body session gives you the fundamentals at the front of the machine you need to build strength. Slow down the pace, lock in the form, and make sure every move is doing exactly what it's supposed to. Perfect for beginners, essential for veterans looking to fine-tune their form.
