NUTRITION COACHING
STRONG BODIES NEED STRONG HABITS
Personalized nutrition support from a Registered Dietitian to help you fuel your training, improve energy and recovery, and make sustainable progress.
Your workout is only 50 minutes. Your nutrition supports the other 23 hours.
NUTRITION COACHING IS THE RIGHT CALL IF:
You’re working out and eating healthy but aren’t seeing or feeling the changes in your body.
You’re sick of feeling like you have to choose between making progress and enjoying the foods and experiences you love.
You’re tired of feeling too busy to eat, surviving on caffeine and a prayer, or having no idea what to eat when the day gets chaotic.
You’re overwhelmed from trying to navigate what your specific body needs and want guidance that accounts for your goals, lifestyle, training, and current habits.
You want more energy and to feel stronger inside and outside the studio.
Your life or training has changed—maybe you’re pregnant, navigating perimenopause, starting a new training style, or training for your first half marathon—and you need your nutrition to change with you.

WHY A REGISTERED DIETITIAN
We believe you should understand what your body needs before you’re expected to intuitively know how to fuel it. That’s why we chose to work with a Registered Dietitian.
An RD has extensive education and supervised training in nutrition science, allowing them to assess your nutritional needs more deeply and understand how food, energy intake, nutrients, training, recovery, and health work together to create the strongest version of you!
