Each class is so carefully curated for the participants and the instructors are great with their cues and advice. I especially have had a wonderful experience going to classes for the last 36 weeks of my pregnancy. Each week has been adjusted for me based on where I was at in the pregnancy and how I was feeling. I never felt like I was not getting anything out of the class simply because I am pregnant; the modifications remained tough and I have taken on the pregnancy feeling strong and like I will have great stamina ahead for what’s next. I look forward to returning in a couple months postpartum and getting back on the mega with my Core fam.

There is no cap on difficulty and there are always ways to make modifications for those who are working on building muscle or recovering from injury. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and the whole environment is incredibly supportive. Judy and her team of instructors have built a special community. Class sizes are small so the teachers are able to give everyone the individual attention they need. And teachers always cue you with modifications or advancements, so it is genuinely a wonderful workout for everybody, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
