Our Rochester Hills studio offers classes 7 days a week, conveniently located right off Adams Road. 

Classes capped at 12.

Smaller class sizes mean your coach is never managing a room, they're coaching you. Hands-on form adjustments and cues from right beside your reformer, every single class.

  • Wow! This class was a burn in the BEST way. I am a long time home weight lifter and consider myself to be "in shape" for the most part but holy cannoli did this class kick my butt! I can’t believe how much fun I had while also quite literally trembling and challenging myself in new and unique ways. My muscles were shocked in a fantastic way throughout almost the whole class. Our instructor was phenomenal, fun and definitely helped adjust along the way in a supportive and nurturing manner. 10/10 recommend!
