THE DROP [Total Body]

Our signature class,  THE DROP  is a 50-minute, full-body workout designed to build lean muscle, endurance, and mobility. Tone your core, obliques, arms and cheeks with the music that got you through your best adventures. With intentionally small class sizes, you can expect the attention of a personal training workout in a small group setting. Core-focused, high intensity, low impact—movement the Long Play way.


THE TEMPO

Set the pace. Build the foundation. THE TEMPO locks in the “core” moves that drive every workout. Whether you’re new or refining your technique, this 50-minute, full-body session is designed to work your core, obliques, arms, and cheeks, giving you the fundamentals you need to build strength. Expect a focus on core engagement, stability, and precision—so when it’s time to turn up the intensity, you’re ready. Perfect for beginners, essential for veterans looking to fine-tune their form.


THE SOUNDCHECK [Intro]

“Check Check”. New to Core (LP)? This class is your perfect starting point. We’ll walk you through the machine, key movements, and what to expect, so you can feel confident stepping into your first class. From there, you’ll ease into a light yet effective session that introduces you to the pace, intensity, and technique Core (LP) is known for. Grip socks required (available for purchase in-studio).


THE BASSLINE [Core + Cheeks]

Looking to enhance your favorite asset? Like the bass in a track, this class lays down the foundation for strength. Focused on your glutes, legs, core, and obliques, THE BASSLINE hits deep with controlled intensity, building power and definition where it counts. Expect a 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout that sculpts and strengthens your lower half all while cranking the bass.


THE TREBLE [Arms + Abs]

We get it, yesterday’s Headliner was leg day, and your lower body is feeling a bit hungover. THE TREBLE cranks up the intensity with a focus on your upper body, sculpting your arms, abs, and obliques with precision and control. This 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact class is all about dialing in the top half of your body—more arms, more core, more strength.


THE LP [Advanced]

This is the long-play - the extended cut, the advanced class for those ready to go beyond the standard “Tracklist.” Get ready to push your limits with longer holds, slower counts, and relentless tension in this 55-minute Class. Designed for experienced clients who know the flow and want to turn up the intensity. Expect more shakes, heavier burns, and the kind of challenge that stays long after the final encore.


THE SOLO [PRIVATE (LP)]

New to Core (LP), working through an injury, or just want a training session that’s 100% focused on you? THE SOLO is a 50-minute, 1:1 session built around your goals - whether that’s building strength, refining your form, or getting more confident on the machine. Same intense method, fully customized.
